company, Primex Plastics (P) Limited is primarily engaged in
the manufacturing of High Precision Moulded Engineering Components
to exacting standards, as specified by our prestigious clients. The
high precision components produced by our company are well applicable
in Industries and areas where demands for superior quality is at
priority levels. Our company is open for adding further machines of
any capacity and make depending on requirements of our esteemed
customers. We can also deal in sub assemblies involving plastic,
sheet metal parts and bought outs as well. Our high precision plastic

Cameras
We
have the ability to produce components for inside mechanism and body
parts of Cameras. We ensure that the parts are made with high
aesthetic value so as to match the exacting requirements. We cater
to Kodak India Limited.
Electrical
Industry
We
manufacture critical components which are used in life saving devices
like RCD etc. Our components are also widely applicable in a variety
of other products like -MCBs etc. We host GE Power Controls with
our productions.
Automobile
Industry
We
have the ability to produce Seat belt components, components for
window regulators, sliders & recliners for renowned names in the
automobile industry like IFB Autoliv India Ltd and IFB ASSL, Siemens
VDO.
Our
company has implemented the SPC methods for some of the customers and
the same are gradually being generalized for all customers. We have
the capacity to handle hot runner mould as well. Recently we have
installed two numbers of Injection machines of 100 Tons capacity of
LTM Demag.
We
have a well-equipped infrastructure with complete tool room
facilities which includes lathe machine, milling machine, pillar
drill, pedestal grinder etc. We make use of efficient measuring
instruments of reputed brand names. We use callipers, dial guage,
height gauge, hardness tester etc., in order to ensure that every
product is produced as per the specifications required.
Our
sheer hard work has enabled us to upgrade our ISO 9002 certification
to ISO 9001:2000 Version, provided to us by TUV Suddeutschland, in
Nov. 2002. We are also planning to go for TSI6949 certification by the end
of the year 2004.
